We are in-network with Medicare, Anthem, Cigna, and United Healthcare. For all other insurances, we are considered out-of-network, and can therefore supply you with a monthly superbill. Our private pay rate is $225 per evaluation and $100 per treatment session. YES, WE DO OFFER SLIDING SCALE FEE ADJUSTMENT FOR QUALIFYING PATIENT'S.

An additional fee of $0.70/mile will be added per visit for travel to a patient's home. *Toll fees may be added depending on your location. Your insurance company will not cover travel fees. *No travel fee for teletherapy patients.
