Donna Roberts is our Office Manager and Medical Biller. She has 20 years of experience in the medical billing field. She handles all of our processing data from medical billing, making sure claims get processed and paid, verifying insurance coverage, reviewing denied claims and assisting patients with billing questions. She can be reached Monday- Friday 9-5pm at our business office, 804-938-1354.
Samantha King, Speech-Language Pathologist
Samantha King attended James Madison University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Go Dukes! She has been a Richmond based Speech-Language Pathologist since 2020 and started working for Brighter Path in 2024 with experience in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Fluency Disorders. Samantha enjoys being active including playing volleyball, hiking, and kayaking.
Kelsey Renoll, Speech-Language Pathologist
Kelsey Renoll has been a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist in the Richmond area since 2019. She has worked with both adults and children in various settings, including schools and rehabilitation centers. She has experience with stuttering, aphasia, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), dysphagia, and language impairments. She is passionate about providing treatment that prioritizes client preferences and how their speech, language, and/or swallowing disorder affects their daily life. Her favorite part about working for Brighter Path is having the opportunity to build relationships with clients and their families to provide the best client-centered care.
Anna Hess, Speech-Language Pathologist
Anna Hess attended Emerson College’s Speech@Emerson program where she received her Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders. She has since engaged in special training for Parkinson’s voice and Gender-Affirming Voice Care in her pursuit of evidence-based and patient-centered therapeutic techniques. Her passion lies in helping adult patients set and reach their unique communication and swallowing goals. Anna was previously a music and voice educator in the Richmond area and currently sings with the Richmond Symphony Chorus. In her spare time, she loves a good board game and spending quality time with her husband and their two cats.
