We are in-network with Medicare, Anthem, Cigna, and United Healthcare. For all other insurances, we are considered out-of-network, and can therefore supply you with a monthly superbill. Our private pay rate is $150 per evaluation and $90 per treatment session.

Travel for In-Home Services
Travel for In-Home Services
An additional fee of $0.63/mile will be added per visit for travel to a patient's home. Your insurance company will not cover travel fees. *No additional fees for teletherapy patients.
